The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Security Programs to support our Enterprise Security team as we continue to provide a safe & secure environment. This role is part of the Enterprise Operations organization.
As part of the global Enterprise Operations Security function, you will be responsible for implementing a governance framework, managing and coordinating requirements, and supporting the implementation of best practice processes and workflows within Enterprise Security. You will leverage your organization & management skills to ensure our team remains highly aligned, productive, and efficient. You will be the key leader responsible for ensuring programs & projects achieve stated goals & objectives. This requires close collaboration & partnership with a wide variety of internal partner functions throughout all program phases of in-flight projects.
You are genuine, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a demanding & fast-paced environment. You are a leader who can clearly communicate across all levels of internal & external stakeholders on a global scale.
This role will report to Netflix's Head of Enterprise Security.
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish, deploy & maintain tools, reporting, and systems to drive effective & efficient alignment across our global Enterprise Security teams.
• Collaborate on the development, roll-out, and management of Enterprise Security programs that will be leveraged by the global & regional teams in support of baseline security needs, incident & crisis management, SOP's and general playbooks.
• In partnership with Enterprise Security leadership, lead the governance and assurance of major efforts, clearing critical path schedules identified and ensuring that we are effectively making progress to move these efforts forward.
• In partnership with Enterprise Security leaders & colleagues, support the roll-out of global cross-departmental efforts & projects.
• Lead and complete consistency of After Action Reviews (AARs) for incident responses within the department to ensure alignment through an end-to-end review of prevention, protection, response, and recovery protocols/ actions.
• Maintain alignment across individual project stakeholders and respective business functions to ensure that requirements and deliverables are accurately defined and tracked throughout the programs' life cycle.
• Manage and assess program strengths, analyze program risks, and identify areas for improvement as they arise over the course of the program life cycle.
• Internally auditing various regions and functions within Enterprise Security by partnering with peers to bring in third parties to help review & create recommendations on our standards, finances, and risk assessments to meet industry standards. This includes but is not limited to site auditing, SOP reviews, and oversight of Incident Management exercises.
• Highly aligned with cross-functional partners, including workplace leaders and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in Business, Security, or related field with at least 10 years of experience with increasing scope, responsibility and complexity, preferably at a multinational company.
• Demonstrated experience with change management and program management practices including lifecycles, governance, assurance, and stakeholder management with the ability to achieve the desired outcomes of the Enterprise Security program.
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to address conflict, influence decision-making, and foster teamwork across multiple teams and levels in an organization.
• Ability to clearly communicate updates to an executive leadership team.
• Comfortable leading large cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong business acumen
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000 - $470,000.
