Job Description
It's an amazing time to join Netflix as we continue to shape the future of global entertainment. We bring stories to millions of people around the world, every day - and in the role of Marketing Production Manager (Nordics) you'd be at the center of our Marketing team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring our campaigns to life.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Producer to lead the execution of world-class marketing campaigns in the Nordics. In this role, you'll work closely with our Title and Social Marketing Managers and take ownership of the end-to-end production process, from brief to delivery. You'll partner with our creative and media agencies, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and operations, so we're looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a strong interest in the creative process.

Responsibilities include:
• Production Management: Oversee end-to-end production for marketing asset creation, marketing & social shoots - and marketing activations for our Nordic markets. Develop production timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met by our production partners.
• Local adaptations: Collaborate and onboard agency partners to adapt global campaign creatives for our Nordic markets.
• Quality Control: Ensure all marketing materials meet technical quality standards and creative integrity. Review and approve final asset deliverables, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising quality through our agencies / vendors.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage the day-to-day relationships with our external vendors / agency partners - such as media agencies, creative agencies and production houses. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors live up to our standards.
• Process / operational improvements: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of our production processes and workflows together with internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project and production risks and come up with ways to mitigate them. Continuously monitor project and production progress, and be proactive when it comes to addressing issues.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and find ways to implement these into our work where relevant.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience as a Marketing Production Manager / Project Manager / Marketing Producer / Creative Producer. Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.
• Proven track record of executing creative productions from brief to final delivery for large 360 campaigns (which include, but are not limited to; online- and offline marketing assets, social marketing, AV & print finishing, localization, and event production).
• A good understanding of the Nordic media-, vendor-, and production landscape and experience working with a diverse set of agencies (social, media, creative, production houses).
• Able to provide clear and actionable creative direction throughout the production process while effectively communicating with multiple creative partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Capable of overseeing and managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and effectively prioritizing your time and effort to what's most pressing.
• The right candidate can identify opportunities to improve our campaigns by having a strong understanding of how different types of media / channels work together to generate positive brand impact.
Personality attributes:
• Works collaboratively with others, valuing team success over individual success. Builds strong relationships and fosters a positive and open team environment.
• Anticipates needs and challenges, taking initiative to address them before they become issues.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are managed effectively.
• Flexible to change and able to pivot as needed. Working to find quick and constructive solutions when challenges arise.
• Continuously seeks to learn new things and improve. Embraces opportunities for professional growth and development.
• A strong passion for entertainment - and specifically film/series - is a big plus!
Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully.
