Job Description
The MX Marketing team focuses on building powerful brands for our local titles through memorable graphic and AV assets. We're looking for a talented project manager with a creative eye to manage our resources, allowing for a high volume of work with exceptional creative output.

This role will partner with internal teams and external suppliers. You will not only get a front-row seat to some of our most exciting original series, but you will be a part of the team that develops the assets that present them to the world.

SKILLS

Project Management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an obsession to meet deadlines while prioritizing creative quality.
• Ability to identify and build long-term relationships with external design, photography, and AV production partners.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and remain flexible to shifting priorities.
• Solid digital fluency with the ability to quickly adopt to new tools.

Communication
• Excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to give clear, objective, and generous feedback.

Creative & Production
• A profound passion for the entertainment industry and storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving industry and collaborate with an ever-evolving, cross-functional to deliver the best work in the entertainment landscape.
• Thorough understanding of film and photography production with on-set experience.
• Attention to detail and constantly looking for ways to improve what we do.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third-party, effectively and efficiently.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Act as a thought partner for the creative team to ensure the assets we produce are true to the titles they represent.
• Consolidate creative feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate it effectively to external vendors.
• Tracking ever with changing content production windows and launch dates.
• Manage project costs and make necessary decisions to meet budgets.
• Keep up to date with internal workflows, tools & software.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-8 years of project management in the creative industry and related experience.
• High tolerance for change and the capacity to accomplish a high workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Google Workspace tools.
