The Opportunity

The Manager, Security Systems - EMEA will be part of the team that oversees Netflix's enterprise-wide physical security systems. We are looking for a people person who is technical, articulate, able to juggle multiple projects, and is ready to take on a Netflix-sized challenge with a wide scope in a dynamic role. Responsibilities
• Manage security systems installation projects end-to-end (eg. cameras, card readers, alarm systems, etc.) for assigned sites in EMEA across both our Corporate and Studio business units
• Oversee daily operations, usage, and maintenance of security systems technology in region
• Work cross-functionally with Netflix stakeholders such as Workplace, Studio Facilities, IT, A/V and more to ensure appropriate security design for new sites, identify potential roadblocks and collaborate on innovative solutions
• Clearly communicate program updates and information to the team, stakeholders, and employees
• Help facilitate production partners in and out of Netflix owned and/or leased facilities and collaborate with Studio Security team to ensure smooth operations after completion of build out / shut downs
• Travel within region to perform job walks and validate installations
• Support the research, evaluation, and selection of the latest security systems technology offerings

Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise leading security systems projects (€200,000+) and multi-site deployments within private sector corporate security (typically 8+ years of experience)
• Entertainment industry and/or studio operations experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing security installation / integration vendors in assigned region
• General understanding of network architecture and information security concepts
• Comfortable with a fast pace and constant change
• Willingness to run lean with a DIY mentality, take educated risks and think out of the box
