We have an incredible opportunity within our UK Marketing Theatrical team at Paramount Pictures, based in Chiswick, starting ideally the end of May 2024 – until 30th September 2025. Working 3 days in the Chiswick office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and the other days from anywhere you work your best, you will have exposure to a variety of tasks to support the marketing team. With your passion for film and support from the business, you will develop behavioural and technical skills to kick start a career in Media.

What tasks will you be getting involved with?
• Asset management
• Liaising with vendors on orders and processes
• Budget reporting activities
• Creative input in brainstorms and review sessions
• Creating, updating and maintaining department reports on campaign status
• Creating internal presentations including mock ups of ideas
• Monitoring of Paramount Pictures UK assets on exhibitor websites
• Research and monitor competitor campaigns as well as other brand activations
• Assistance at events and screenings such as logistics, ticketing, guest list, runner duties etc.

What do I need to be considered?
• Looking for an opportunity and career within Media following completion of University or your first job after college. We can only accept individuals who are at least 18 years old.
• Have a genuine passion for Film and TV interest in recent content releases across cinema and digital media
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong administrative and digital computer skills – Powerpoint etc.
• Highly organised individual, who can prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to think creatively to tackle problems.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Hunger to grow and develop skills in a fast-paced working environment
• Comfortable being part of a team and working collectively to deliver the best solutions and tasks
• Flexible to work additional hours when needed to support, screenings, premieres and marketing campaigns – This may mean some late evenings with the team on the odd occasion.

What is the process?

If successful, you will be invited to complete a short, fun, online assessment and finally, if selected, you will meet the members of the team for a virtual interview.

What are the timescales?

• Interviews will be held from week commencing 13th May 2024
