The Netflix Dubbing team is responsible for setting localization strategy, managing the fulfillment pipelines, and connecting our growing international audience with amazing content.

• Leverage data and analysis to create business cases for specific and incremental investments, including evaluating build vs. buy decisions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify, quantify, and prioritize tools/solutions to elevate dubbing operations to the next level
• Partner with Data Science teams to develop global steering metrics and reporting
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable take-aways for cross-functional partners

• Comfortable working autonomously in a highly aligned, loosely coupled fashion
• Experience and comfort working across multiple cultures with partners who may not speak English natively
• MBA is a plus, not required. Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or other relevant field that demonstrates quantitative orientation
• Prior work experience in Product Development, Media/Entertainment is a plus
