The Team

Ads Marketing function leads the development of our core Netflix Ads positioning, and the GTM plans to bring this positioning to life through differentiated messaging and narratives in the market. The team activates this messaging through Sales Materials(presentations, narratives, talking points) and broader B2B channels to garner broad awareness and excitement amongst our key advertising partners.

The Opportunity

As the Manager, of Ads B2B Marketing, France will be a key part of the Ads Marketing team's success by crafting and activating the Netflix advertising story and value proposition to advertisers across the French market. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic approaches to fueling business growth on the platform, unlocking the creative potential of Netflix's Advertising offering.

Additionally, you will contribute to broader business tactics beyond your role and pursue learning and development opportunities to consistently grow and evolve as a Netflix marketer.

Core Responsibilities:
• Design and craft go-to-market strategies and narratives in an exciting way for the Sales team and their advertising clients in France in collaboration with the European Ads Marketing team.
• Lead the strategy and approach for how Netflix Ads show up at local industry events and bespoke client engagements in France.
• Understand our advertisers, assess the right data, seek insights and inform local marketing strategy and stories. Partner regularly with international teams for launches and ongoing growth ( Ad Sales Marketing, Sales, Ad Product, Events, Comms/PR, and others).
• Help inform the development of new Ads products based on advertiser feedback and market insights.
• Deliver regular updates to leadership complete with wins, challenges, and asks.

• At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising and marketing communications.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Additional language (Spanish or Italian) is preferred but not required.
• An understanding of the CTV/OTT/Streaming landscape is preferred.
• Previous experience in product positioning, narrative, and sales collateral development.
• Extensive experience working closely with product and Ad sales teams to develop strategy and messaging.
• Ability to develop and implement creative ideas, partner with agencies, and manage competing projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with developing content including blog posts, case studies, presentations, creative assets, and thought leadership that support our marketing objectives.
• Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications.
