Job Description
Netflix is looking for an experienced Live Service Manager to join Netflix Game Studios to help deliver the next generation of video games to a worldwide audience. This role is a part of our Live Service team, and will be responsible for establishing the analytics approach used to provide product analysis to game teams as well as measure the value of games content in the broader context of the Netflix service.

The ideal candidate will be highly effective at collaborating across a multitude of teams and is effective at conveying our strategic priorities and business plans for Live Service games across Netflix. They will drive a deep understanding of the competitive market for high-engagement feature design and live service programs, develop and fine-tune unique metrics to evaluate game and portfolio performance on a global subscription service. The role will lead a group of analysts working cross-functionally with organizations across Netflix including Game Studio Product Management, Games Strategy and Analysis, Data Science & Engineering, Platform Product, Central Tech, and Game Developers.

We are in a unique position to learn, influence, and evolve based on how Netflix members choose to play games while helping inform our developers as they bring their games to life.

Responsibilities
• Deeply understand the live service-driven game category on various platforms, delivering strong competitive analysis of game designs and live service programs that generate excellent, long-term player engagement
• Define and execute our vision for monitoring the health and success of the Netflix game portfolio
• Studying and delivering compelling insights drawn from games across the Netflix portfolio, and across the industry for both individual games and competing subscription services
• Drive the development of metrics and analytical structure for the Netflix Game Service to measure the value of game content and engagement.
• Partner with the Data Science & Engineering team to develop data analytics infrastructure for the ongoing management of games on the service.

Requirements
• Experience in the Free-to-Play gaming industry on mobile
• 7+ years of experience in product management across gaming OR e-commerce, subscriptions, digital platforms, entertainment or an otherwise comparable industry
• Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver high impact through influence
• Ability to make confident well-reasoned decisions with the flexibility to adjust quickly based on a combination of knowing the Live Service business in and out and your intuition
• Passion for gaming (eg - you're excited by playing multiple games per week)

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.

The overall market range for this role is typically $50,000 - $600,000
