HR Project Manager - Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC)

This position is part of our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) team which runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from hire to retire. This role will be a key player in the evolution of our enablement function. You are expected to understand and establish connections between various programs and processes within our Talent team and ensure their effective operation. Collaborating closely with our Talent Operations team, you will identify, measure, and rank projects according to priority. Utilizing your expertise in project management and process enhancement, you will spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency.

What you will support:
• Act as the GTOC representative for new program launches and cyclical programs across Talent, managing the intake of new global projects, overseeing program enhancements, evaluating project feasibility, and assigning resources.
• Champion process improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for streamlining, automation, and enhancement, and by integrating GTOC services into other business units' workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact across different time zones for all global project-related queries and coordination, rapidly troubleshooting any functional and technical issues in collaboration with HR, end users, and partner teams.
• Track and analyze Talent Operations KPIs to propose actionable enhancements and monitor process efficiency while ensuring adherence to the control landscape and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Operations Center Leaders and Program and Project leads to enhance the overall delivery of the shared service center, manage the center-wide project agenda, and address service center issues proactively.
• Drive a continuous improvement agenda by setting efficiency directions, identifying automation opportunities, designing solutions, and overseeing their implementation.
• Define, manage, and deliver the Shared Services training agenda, ensuring effective training documentation management.
• Oversee the management and publishing of performance reporting dashboards, analyzing the delivery performance of the people services organization and identifying recurring issues.
• Handle the intake process of new procedures to be transferred to the GTOC team and oversee the development, distribution, and collection of responses for employee experience satisfaction surveys.

To be successful, you are:
• Experienced in HR systems and project management, with a minimum of 4+ years, and proficient in Workday (employee lifecycle management transactions, data accuracy controls, and mass upload execution).
• Skilled in project planning and development, project execution and control, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and on budget.
• Proficient in quality control, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder needs. You manage stakeholder involvement, expectations, and communication effectively.
• Proficient in process mapping concepts and tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other similar software. You have proven hands-on experience in creating, analyzing, and optimizing process maps.
• Possess a continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking to utilize process mapping and other analytical tools to drive process improvement and operational efficiency. You're proficient in tools that eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating them for greater operational efficiency.
• Successful in collaborating and providing ongoing support to the Talent team, identifying and resolving customer needs, and contributing to the best employee experience.
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify project risks, and formulate action plans. You have knowledge of using different sources of data (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) and basic concepts in statistics (e.g., descriptive statistics, correlation) and measurement (e.g., reliability, validity).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Agile project management skills: Certification in Agile methodologies (i.e., CSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma Experience: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies is highly desirable. This includes knowledge and experience in process improvement, waste reduction, and variation reduction.
• Change Management skills: Familiarity or certification in change management principles.
