We are now seeking a Head of Advertising Sales in Korea to help shape the global sales strategy for Netflix.

As the Head of Advertising Sales based in Korea, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the advertising sales strategy for the Korean market. You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets by leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in Korea, an established network of relationships, and a track record of delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the advertising sales strategy for Korea to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and media owners to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns
• Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the future advertising sales team in Korea
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation

We're looking for:
• 15+ years of experience in advertising (incl. sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
• Fluency in Korean and English is required for this role
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the local market and an established network of relationships with Korean advertisers and agencies' arm
• Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales will be a plus
• Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally. A deep curiosity about our global business and an ability to quickly build global IQ and an understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
