Job Description
This position is part of our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) team which runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from hire to retire. This role will be a key player in the evolution of our enablement function. You are expected to understand and establish connections between various programs and processes within our Talent team and ensure their effective operation. Collaborating closely with our Talent Operations team, you will identify, measure, and rank projects according to priority. Utilizing your expertise in project management and process enhancement, you will spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency.
What you will support:
• As part of a rapidly growing global company, you will act as the GTOC representative for new program launches and cyclical programs across Talent. This includes enhancing programs such as 360 feedback, Compensation Review, and benefits to ensure they run smoothly and allow employees to focus on their core roles.
• You will identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and overall enhancement of existing processes, while also integrating GTOC services into other business units' workflows.
• As the primary point of contact for all global project-related queries and coordination, you will manage communications across different time zones, and oversee the intake of new global projects; this includes gathering initial project requests, evaluating the project's feasibility based on company resources and strategic alignment, and assigning appropriate resources to approved projects
• You will quickly diagnose and troubleshoot functional and technical issues with HR, end users, and partner teams, always with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• You will analyze and monitor Talent Operations KPI's in order to suggest improvements and process efficiency.
To be successful, you are:
• Experienced in HR systems and project management, with a minimum of 4+ years, and proficient in Workday (employee lifecycle management transactions, data accuracy controls, and mass upload execution).
• Skilled in project planning and development, project execution and control, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and on budget.
• Proficient in quality control, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder needs. You manage stakeholder involvement, expectations, and communication effectively.
• Proficient in process mapping concepts and tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other similar software. You have proven hands-on experience in creating, analyzing, and optimizing process maps.
• Possess a continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking to utilize process mapping and other analytical tools to drive process improvement and operational efficiency. You're proficient in tools that eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating for greater operational efficiency.
• Successful in collaborating and providing ongoing support to the Talent team, identifying and resolving customer needs, and contributing to the best employee experience.
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify project risks, and formulate action plans. You have knowledge of using different sources of data (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups) and basic concepts in statistics (e.g. descriptive statistics, correlation) and measurement (e.g. reliability, validity).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Agile project management skills: Certification in Agile methodologies (i.e., CSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma Experience: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies is highly desirable. This includes knowledge and experience in process improvement, waste reduction, and variation reduction.
• Change Management skills: Familiarity or certification in change management principles
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
