The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best in class advertising organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue.

We are adding a Global Salesforce Enablement Lead to our Commercial Tooling & Infrastructure team to support Netflix's global media ad sales operations. This lead will be responsible for Salesforce training and enablement, production support, and production operations across different regions and markets. You will work closely with end users to support their needs and to ensure the system remains online and in functional working order. You will be the first point of contact for Sales on support and development requests.

In this role, you will:
• Oversee the resolution of all support requests related to Netflix Salesforce production system
• Oversee and implement the global training and onboarding program for all Netflix Salesforce users
• Partner with Supplier(s) on issue resolution as appropriate
• Create training curriculum and related materials such as job aids, videos, and training decks
• Oversee critical communications and documentation/library regarding upcoming changes and releases to Netflix Salesforce
• Production support and responding to end users with resolution
• Production operations such as user provisioning

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin is a plus) credential.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce enablement lead and/or user support lead in a global or multinational organization, preferably in the media ad sales industry.
• Experience building job aides and training materials.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including security, data management, and automation tools is a plus.
• Experience in administering Salesforce systems with integrations to other systems and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in at least one other language, such as Spanish, French or German is a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $420,000
