As part of the core Netflix Ads organization, the team is helping shape a best-in-class ads business from the ground up, leveraging Netflix's proprietary ad tech to deliver a premium ad experience for members while enabling brands to connect with deeply engaged audiences.
| The Opportunity
Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive excellence across complex, high-impact advertising partnerships.
This role operates at the center of collaboration across Sales Partners, Agencies, Advertisers, and cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with Sales Partners who lead client relationships and revenue, the Senior Account Manager brings strong ownership in execution and strategic support to deliver best-in-class campaign outcomes.
As the business scales, this role will support a mix of local and global accounts, requiring flexibility to operate across different levels of complexity. For certain advertisers, this may include leading global account coordination across markets, while in other cases focusing on local execution with high standards of excellence. Success in this role requires the ability to proactively navigate ambiguity, independently drive initiatives, and actively engage global stakeholders to unlock insights and move work forward.
| Core Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with Senior Sales Partners to support client strategy and lead end-to-end execution across local and global accounts
• Manage and execute campaigns across multiple markets when required, ensuring alignment while adapting to local market nuances
• Build strong, consultative relationships with client and agency stakeholders, primarily at the local level, with the ability to engage regional and global stakeholders
• Lead complex RFPs and media planning processes, including multi-market coordination for global advertisers
• Proactively reach out to and collaborate with global stakeholders to gather insights, understand market nuances, and bridge information gaps
• Act as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, Policy, Finance), including global stakeholders
• Identify and translate learnings from complex campaign executions into scalable best practices, proactively sharing insights to elevate standards across the team
• Independently initiate and drive workstreams, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and progressing work without predefined guidance
• Deliver clear and actionable performance narratives, including QBRs and ABRs, incorporating both local and global perspectives
• Support monthly billing and invoicing processes in coordination with Finance
• Maintain deep expertise in Netflix ad products, targeting capabilities, Sponsorship offerings, and Ad Policy
| We're looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales Planning within the digital media or advertising industry
• Experience managing multi-market or global accounts, or the ability to operate effectively in globally coordinated environments
• Understanding of agency ecosystems, including experience working with local agencies and exposure to regional or global structures
• Strong ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across markets to unlock insights and drive alignment
• Strong understanding of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP buying models
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and align diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English
