The Netflix Food & Beverage (F&B) program is a vital component to delivering an impactful workplace experience. The F&B program enhances employee productivity and efficiency in the workplace through practical offerings, provides an experience that fosters inclusion and collaboration, promotes sustainability and drives the company forward.To lead and grow our stellar F&B Program, we are looking for an EMEA F&B Manager to join our EMEA CREWS team (Real Estate, Workplace, Safety & Security) . This role will be pivotal in the evolution of the F&B program across many areas, including breakfast and lunch, grab-and-go, snacks and beverages, and catered events.

As part of the EMEA CREWS Leadership team, you will manage Food & Beverage across the EMEA region (currently 12 offices). The successful candidate will work closely with both our local and regional workplace leaders, functional teams around the world, and cross functional teams to scale the F&B program to support Netflix employees' productivity.

You will be highly aligned with key stakeholders, acting as a senior leader for EMEA F&B engagement, from budget/program development through execution. You will stay highly aligned with local workplace teams for oversight of key vendors and operators, to identify new services or adjustments as needed, ensure current vendors/partners are operating efficiently, and to provide innovative F&B solutions for our growing offices.

This role will report to Netflix's Snr. Director, EMEA CREWS

Responsibilities:
• Deliver on an expanding regional Food & Beverage program that aligns with the needs of the region; align all regional F&B functions in support of moving the business forward.
• Continuously look to optimize performance, metrics, cost management and process improvements while providing insights to leaders, partners and stakeholders.
• Act as the senior leader in the EMEA region that will implement and execute a long-term F&B program with a focus on productivity, scalability, food/worker safety, and continual evolution to best suit Netflix's changing needs.
• Design and implement guidelines and subsequently continue to evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver amazing F&B offerings that align with the Netflix brand and its high-performing culture.
• Ensure focus on sustainable practices that can scale, while also being intentional of diversity and inclusion efforts that can be implemented to aid the productivity of our employees, talent and guests.
• Influence at all levels to deliver ideas/solutions to support the success of the program and drive Netflix forward.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• Extensive experience with program management with an emphasis on food and beverage, hospitality or corporate services.
• Strong financial acumen. Experience developing and managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
• Proven procurement/vendor management skills: experience to run outsourced catering or related programs across multiple countries.
• Ability to scale a program by managing vendors and services across multiple sites and geographies.
• Strong focus on customer experience and creating an accessible, inclusive and welcoming place for employees & visitors.
• Strong people and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and implement innovative ideas in a fast paced and complex environment.
