We are looking for a stunning Creative Assistant to support our content team based in Berlin. The team consists of our Series and Film teams who create original content for our members and our Grow creative team, whose focus is upskilling new and emerging below-the-line talent.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to pivot when necessary. This role will juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong organisational emphasis and unwavering attention to detail. This will be a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone who is proactive and solution-oriented.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
• Support creative leads by preparing presentations using Google Slides.
• Tracking and communicating delivery dates, such as updating writing schedules.
• Attend notes calls and production kick-off meetings and distribute notes and action points.
• Be the team ''master of tools'' for both internal and external systems.
• Coordinate logistics / technical set-up for content partner meetings.
• Heavy communication internally with cross-functional teams and externally with production companies, Producers, Writers and Directors.
• Prepare reading lists for the creative team.
• The input of production data, such as pitches and submissions, into our internal systems.
• Work collaboratively with Creative Assistants in our wider EMEA teams.
• Read incoming projects in tandem with executives on the team and provide coverage notes and perspectives on the material.
• Support Team Leaders with ad hoc projects such as organising and supporting events.

Qualifications:
• 3+ Years as an assistant supporting multiple senior-level content executives or producers or experience with administrative roles with a background in the media industry.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
• Technically minded with experience in mastering multiple systems.
• Ability to respond quickly to important or urgent matters.
• Team player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Mail.
• Prior experience reading scripts and providing coverage is preferred but not required.
