Job Description
With more than 220 million paid subscribers enjoying amazing content in over 190 countries, it's an exciting time to work at Netflix. As the company constantly strives to entertain the world, we are searching for a coordinator to support our global compliance function (who ideally lives within commutable proximity to one of our European offices or production hubs).

In this role, you will be part of a growing regulatory compliance team responsible for ensuring that Netflix is able to fulfill its mission of entertaining the world. Netflix is seeking an innovative, highly-organized candidate, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of ambiguity. The successful candidate will thrive in an environment that values efficiency over process and where freedom and responsibility are central. As a regulatory compliance coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for operationalizing compliance efforts across our productions. Whether it's production training or performing due diligence, you are someone who is ready to think outside the box, not looking for boxes to check.

If this sounds like a unique opportunity to help shape the future of compliance at Netflix, it is! Plan on making an impact, embracing Netflix culture and having a lot of fun with our growing team along the way!

Responsibilities:
• The primary responsibilities for this role include support of global production compliance, with an emphasis on anti-corruption training management.
• Additional duties will include supporting the company's third party due diligence efforts, database management, and helping to create and maintain presentations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision supporting our cross functional business partners (including Production Finance, Internal Audit, Business and Legal Affairs, Production Management, Public Policy, Communications, etc).
• Bringing a flexible mindset and willingness to provide ad hoc project support (e.g. for the annual regulatory compliance risk assessment) is also critical for this role.
• Provide backup coverage to regional compliance leads on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a compliance, entertainment business/legal affairs environment, or film/tv production environment
• Fluent in English; Spanish & other language skills are a plus
• Prefer knowledge and/or experience regarding the film and tv production industry
• Self-starter and fast learner that can work independently while using impeccable judgment
• Superior organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a mindset that workflows can always be improved
• Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects and work within strict deadlines
• Proven ability to provide innovative troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy individual who can learn applications quickly
• Great sense of humour!
