Coordinator, Production Facilities Management & Operations (New York)
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our growing Production Facilities Management & Operations team. This position will be housed in Brooklyn, New York. The position will be responsible for managing high-volume desks with heavy administrative, scheduling and presentation creation responsibilities on a team that services productions.

Responsibilities
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
• Input and prepare Account Payables
• Input and track ancillary billing through Xytech/Media Pulse
• Distribute and review Production Welcome Packages with Production
• Support Production move-in/out
• Manage, track and process ID Badge requests
• Manage, track and process parking requests and parking assignments
• Manage, track and distribute office keys
• Manage and track studio drive-ons
• Track office, stage and mill usage
• Coordinate repair and maintenance request
• Manage and track Production Hotlock lists for stages and mill spaces
• Manage Studio Operation pantry orders/inventory
• Collaborate on client outreach activities
• Coordinate and conduct studio tours for internal Netflix teams as needed
• Create Slides presentations
• Any other duties to support the productions and department
• Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support
• A great communicator that can build strong relationships with internal partners and deliver results based on their needs
• Support the team in the management of tenant improvements and construction projects
• Coordinate and conduct studio tours for internal Netflix teams as needed.

• Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational and facilities management. Candidates will likely be in a Manager role level outside of Netflix.
• Team player with an ability to oversee projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
