Job Description
We are seeking an experienced contracts manager to join the Netflix legal team and be based in our Los Angeles, California office. This is an exciting and challenging role in a fast-paced environment, working with a group of legal professionals on the Netflix' procurement legal team responsible for handling vendor deals across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading contract negotiations; facilitating signatures on contracts; developing, optimizing, and managing contract and workflow systems; and helping our business and cross-functional partners deliver fast and practical solutions for a wide range of vendor deals.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:
• Relevant experience as a paralegal, contracts manager, or contracts negotiator at a multinational company or law firm; or if legally qualified in at least one jurisdiction, relevant experience as a practicing lawyer either in-house or at a law firm;
• Substantial experience in contract review and negotiating independently commercial agreements;
• Familiarity with cloud service/SaaS agreements and software licenses, including related knowledge with data privacy and security;
• Experience in the entertainment industry and/or video games industry; and
• Experience in contract database systems and/or workflow systems, and/or project management are a huge plus.
