We have a unique and non-traditional approach to compensation which helps us attract and retain stunning colleagues around the world. To continue scaling our non-traditional compensation philosophy we need an EMEA Compensation Associate that can work without conventional compensation structures and enable our partners to determine the personal top of market for each individual using data, insights and resources that we can provide. This requires a skill set that can thrive in an ambiguous environment.

The EMEA Compensation Associate will be based in Amsterdam and report to the Compensation Manager EMEA.

This role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and, in some cases, business leaders, to consult on all things related to compensation in addition to providing valuable analytics to support compensation decisions while providing insight into the industry as a whole.

In this role you will:
• Support in daily activities including data analytics, analysis and delivery;
• Develop/run analysis identifying market movement trends and assess gaps in existing market data;
• Provide and articulate data insight and market trend using scalable solutions (i.e dashboard, newsletter, etc.);
• Participate in compensation surveys and assess our need for additional data;
• Engage in continuous partnership with TA and HR colleagues to support in numerous activities such as hiring, retention, transfers, promotions, M&A and country expansions by providing data and comp related insight; and
• Support the Compensation team in the regional roll out of tools and processes such as pay equity, comp philosophy training and comp reviews.

• Passion for compensation, with EMEA experience
• Navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with some level of inconsistency
• Experience with custom compensation programs and models
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Experience within the Entertainment industry is a plus
