Job Description
Our mission is to revolutionize the way Netflix Product creative is made and delivered while continuing to raise the bar for Creative Excellence. The Creative Planning team is a driving force in PCS regional and therefore PCS global strategic planning cycles inclusive of how we prioritize initiatives, insights, new operations, and the application of AI.

The CAST team (Creative Asset Standards and Technology), inside of Creative Planning, is streamlining how we deliver creative excellence on our most proven product assets. This opportunity will sit at the global nexus of that team as the ingest point for all Titles that will need those foundational assets for launch on our service. The CAST Creative Operations Manager (COMs) role is crucial in balancing this global system of creative production partners with the necessary title information to manage the creative work appropriately.

The CAST Creative Ops Manager leads the post-production operational support model for the Global CAST Team. They oversee the project intake, title routing, and resourcing for the team. This role manages the production process and ensures that assets are being delivered and workflows are being executed in the most efficient way possible. They communicate with all stakeholders to reinforce the operational pipeline and work as a conduit between them.

Responsibilities
• The role is equal parts operational thought leadership, and hands-on workflow implementation and management. We are looking for someone who will be the:
• Central point of ingest for titles, applying prioritization, and routing
• Responsible for load balancing across a global creative partner network
• Leading scaled external asset gathering and coordination workflows
• Maintaining and optimizing data infrastructure across regions
• Learn and become fluent in all of the PCS post-production workflows
• Track and implement budgeting efforts
• Partner with PCS Production Planning team on the implementation of project management tooling
• Communicate with Partner Managers to ensure the consistency of day-to-day workflows from agencies
• Partner closely with all members of the CAST Team to ensure seamless execution of projects from end-to-end
• Communicate learnings to all regions and PCS Production Planning in order to improve existing operations

Qualifications:
• Our ideal candidate would exhibit the following:
• Global expertise, understanding of regional needs and nuances.
• Familiarity with vendors and agencies in the post-production space.
• Extensive experience in the post production industry, preferably at a post production studio and/or managing a post-production team within an agency.
• Extensive production experience across AV, Design and Creative workflows.
• Strong project management background managing high asset volume projects.
• Strong operational skills, specifically when running day-to-day workflows and talent allocation required in a post-production studio.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners depending on the needs of a project and in a fast paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate complex scaling efforts in a simplified manner.
• Ability to forecast budget, needs and workload in a post-studio setting.
• Experience working and communicating with creatives ie. editors, designers, motion graphics artists, etc.
• Expert knowledge in post-production scheduling and budgeting software.
• Team player who thinks of the team, inclusive of partners, as a production ecosystem with a common goal.
