Job Description
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our Creative Marketing Production team on a permanent basis, to oversee campaign project management for our UK releases. In this role you will be responsible for managing the cross functional end-to-end production process of all our promotional assets, supporting our marketing, publicity and social teams. The Role

To support our continued global expansion we are looking for an experienced Campaign Operations Manager to oversee campaign project management of our UK, Ireland and Israel content slate. In this role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of all our promotional assets, you will be the go-to partner supporting our marketing, publicity and social teams. This means that you are a nimble, solutions-oriented, project management expert, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge competing priorities amongst global, regional and local teams. Reporting to the Manager for UK Creative Marketing Production, you will work closely with producers in our AV, Art & Print, Digital and local production teams and external production agencies to manage Netflix's operational campaign needs. You will serve as the go-to partner to all cross functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment between global and local teams dedicated to creative, localisation, strategy, media, marketing, publicity and social.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage cross-functional UK and global communications and workflows for our UK Original titles, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables
• Support our UK creative marketing team by planning overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables and resources
• Partner with a team of marketing managers and integrated producers responsible for managing production, localisation, and trafficking of key promotional materials. These include online and offline video, out of home, display, mobile and social creative types
• Oversee our campaign project management using judgement and date to inform best production practises and to ensure that we eliminate time sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity & accuracy
• Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues with cross-functional stakeholder, production and operations teams.
• Oversee creative productions scope, budget, and overall campaign resources

Experience & Skills
• 8+ years of marketing account management and creative production experience at an entertainment brand or advertising or media agency with an emphasis on entertainment
• Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localisation workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for both Video and Digital materials
• Fluent in Video, Digital, Print and types and formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management, servicing and ad trafficking
• High competency and proven track record of project management for high profile global campaigns preferably title launches
• Knowledgeable of the evolving advertising and media landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams
• Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in any other language is a plus.
