Job Description
Netflix is looking for an operationally-minded, creatively-savvy Asset Manager to join the Product Discovery & Promotion Creative Operations team to support asset production management across our portfolio of games.

The Creative Operations team is responsible for centralized creative asset production, from raw asset materials to final product asset deliverables. You will be part of a larger Product Discovery and Promotion Operations team that manages game launch readiness across all platform requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced asset manager to play a critical role in overseeing the asset creation process from end to end. While this role sits on the Product team, this role will centralize access for the needs of off-service marketing as well, in order to improve production operations for the business at large, for both on- and off-service artwork.

In this role, you will work with various partners and stakeholders, such as external developers, artwork agencies, and internal production, marketing and product teams to uphold raw asset delivery requirements, maintain asset repositories

You will coordinate with and support other teams like marketing that need access to similar raw materials and help define when workstreams should be centralized and when they are better handled independently.

What You'll Do:
• Own the creative asset trafficking needs for our projects from raw asset delivery to final asset delivery, including any post-launch asset needs or innovation needs.
• Oversee accurate delivery and QA of raw asset deliverables from game developers
• Manage the collection and routing of assets between multiple external and internal teams for product and marketing needs
• Order, track, QC, and troubleshoot raw asset deliveries from external developers to ensure delivery on time and to spec
• Clearly communicate status, versions, specs and other technical details to internal partners
• Proactively manage delivery schedules with both Creative and Project Management teams
• Manage file taxonomy and folder structure
• Become an expert in Netflix games' asset specs and production workflows

What You'll Need:
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced asset management or project management role handling a high volume of projects
• Flexible with learning new concepts quickly and adapting to ever-changing workflows and deadlines
• Adept in project tracking and task management systems such as Airtable and Monday.com and the ability to grasp technical workflows and tools quickly
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Equally left and right-brained: tech savvy but with a strong creative eye
• Experience working on a global team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity and passion for games
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management system or similar tools to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners.
• Must be capable and conversant in all aspects of a digital creative and image production workflow.
• Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business - especially when bridging the gap between our content and our brand - and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
• Understand, advocate, and embody the company's values and team goals.
