Administrative Assistant,Talent - CDN & FITS - 12 months FTC
The Role
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support 2 Senior Directors in the Netflix Talent team, working across two regional clusters ''CDN'' (Central & Eastern Europe, DACH, Nordics) & ''FITS'' (France, Italy, Spain & Turkey). This role is based in our Berlin office.
The main responsibility of the Assistant is to drive the Talent agenda for both Heads of Talent, prioritizing the most strategic topics. Continuous optimization across both regional clusters is required through identifying common themes and best practices to share between both regions CDN & FITS.

A high level of organization and excellent communication skills are a must. We need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work but can identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the deployment of the CDN and FITS Talent Strategy & project management
• Organizes team events and workshops and supports the facilitation when required.
• Follows up on each Country Talent Agendas and finds operational synergies that save time & effort to the team, while ensuring great excellence.
• Innovation: identifies operational efficiencies in the ways of working of the team and its approach to the priorities.
• Coordinates with local admin groups to ensure a consistent deployment of All Teams and Town Halls across CDN and FITS , and learn from each other's successes and failures.
• Manages complex tasks and calendars for 2 Senior Directors located in Spain and Germany, including scheduling meetings, internally and externally, with multiple parties across various time zones.
• Respects the high confidentiality of some tasks to be managed, sitting within the HR function.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining meeting agendas, presentation slide decks, organizational charts, and materials for new starters, etc.
• Heavy communication, including managing the complexity of multiple teams across multiple functions
• Organizes various events, including team offsites and training sessions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements as required, both domestically and internationally.
• General admin such as raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, maintaining Google group distribution lists, circulating NDAs/contracts, and consistently updating documents on behalf of the Directors and the wider team.
• Opportunity to help support and staff events/activities when needed.
• Works collaboratives with Assistants in our EMEA teams.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as coordinator, project manager or administrative assistant supporting at Director level or above.
• Experience working across across borders
• Previous working experience in the entertainment/tech industry is preferred.
• Previous experience within HR function is a plus
• Motivated to develop a career in the administrative/business support field.
• Flexible and proactive team player, comfortable operating in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
• Solutions-oriented attitude with a calm demeanor and optimistic perspective.
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ideally 'tech-savvy' and uses Google suite apps, Asana or other project management tools already in their day-to-day work.
