Netflix is seeking a London-based Administrative Assistant to support three Directors in the UK across Business & Legal Affairs UK Film and Doc Features, and Music Business & Legal Affairs, UK & EMEA.

The successful candidate will be proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a fast-paced team and we need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work but can identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, resourceful, amenable to change, demonstrates significant initiative and inherently exercises good judgment. The team works with colleagues spread across several countries and time zones, so a high level of organization and responsiveness is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Maintain calendars for executives including scheduling and confirming large cross-functional, internal & external meetings across multiple time zones. Predominantly for 3 Directors, but occasional support to the wider team as necessary.
• Creation of agendas, rotas, documents & linking out in diary invites ahead of meetings.
• Attend key team meetings / cross-functional meetings, compile meeting notes, and track participant actions, reminders, and deadlines.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
• Act as a point of contact/provide assistance to members of the wider BLA teams who may be visiting/temporarily working from the London office.
• Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports.
• Create presentations and slides, including org charts.
• Assist with onboarding new hires to the team, including managing logistics with the N-Tech, Workplace, and HR teams.
• Create onboarding documents for new starters, ensuring all link-outs are updated and added to appropriate DLs.
• Schedule Training Sessions with new starters to take them through key BLA Team Info, G-Suite & processing expenses.
• Assist with arranging 1:1 intro meetings for new starters and ensure they are invited to all relevant BLA & cross-functional meetings.
• Heavy communication internally and externally.
• Coordinate/collaborate with other assistants and teams across Netflix (all Content Legal admins and chip in on team-wide events & meetings).
• Participation/contribution to meetings for the UK, EMEA, and Global Netflix Assistant networks.
• Support the team across different logistic and organizational challenges when needed
• Organise team social events.
• Coordinate various internal & external events/off-site/ external meetings.

Requirements/Qualifications
• Extensive experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting multiple executives
• Preferable to have experience supporting Business & Legal Affairs executives
• An interest in the entertainment business is highly preferred
• Ability to adapt work approach across diverse cultures and time zones
• Team player and ally who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to switch easily between tasks
• Proficiency in Google Suite, & Apps would be preferred
• Proficiency in DocuSign would be preferred
• Ability to quickly and efficiently use and learn Netflix technology platforms and software
• Interest and ability to operate within Netflix culture
