Netflix is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the executives in the Studio Operations & Partnerships (SOAP) Business & Legal Affairs team within the Content Legal organization. The role will be responsible for handling a heavy volume of organizing meetings and calendars as well as organizing, maintaining, and updating various logs, including tracking the status of contracts and ancillary documentation. This position is based in the Los Angeles, California office.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail. This is a fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and initiative.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage complex calendars for multiple leaders including booking and confirming meetings

Schedule meetings, internally and externally

Assist cross-functional colleagues with inquiries about pending as well as fully executed contracts

Process the execution and dissemination of agreements and ancillary documentation to appropriate parties

Communicate with key partners, both internally and externally

Book, manage, and coordinate logistics for leadership offsites, team events, and industry events

Coordinate with facilities for team/office moves and new hire setup

Support new hire onboarding

Manage membership for team email groups

Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally

Qualifications
• Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles supporting multiple legal leaders simultaneously (strong preference for Business & Legal Affairs studio/vendor or law firm experience)
• Team-player who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented setting, ability to multitask
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Gmail, and Google CalendarAbility to occasionally respond after hours for partner requests or other urgent matters
• A default approach that favors sharing information openly and proactively
• Additional language skills and/or international working experiences (not required, but a strong plus)
