Responsibilities
The Vice President of Ad Sales Partnership will serve as direct conduit to Ad Sales teams across NBCUniversal facilitating collaborative IP development and program planning for Telemundo. The Vice President will represent Telemundo Enterprises in NBCU Cross Company Partnerships.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Work with Ad Sales teams to fabricate breakthrough ideas integrating industry trends and key consumer insights.
• Partner with Insights and Data & Analytics teams to capture insights, build hypotheses, identify audiences, and unpack ad campaign performance to drive action.
• Weave ad sales initiatives and needs into IP creative process for TV and streaming productions.
• Act as SME and consultant to programming and production initiatives and changes.
• Work with Ad Sales teams to identify and evaluate ways to scale digital opportunities.
• Work with daily shows to help them reach revenue potential.
• Create and lead touchpoints that provide immediate programming and production updates.
• Host on-location visits that deliver a firsthand look at revenue opportunities for key Ad Sales personnel.
• Work with local finance team to assess green light revenue projections and CPMs.
• Monitor IP monetization progress.
• Provide thought leadership and educate various internal stakeholders with customer trends and opportunities for revenue growth across all content consumption platforms.
• Communicate the vision and status of content initiatives to senior executives and coworkers at all levels of the organization.
• Conduct postmortems with Ad Sales Partnerships to unfold learnings from secured sponsors and evaluate missed opportunities.
• Participate in content planning meetings and effectively translate initiatives into actionable opportunities.
• Represent Telemundo interests and voice of Hispanic consumer in NBCU Sales & One Platform initiatives such as NBCUnified.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years working in media and/or advertising at a leading entertainment corporation, agency, and/or management consulting firm
or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading highly efficient teams.
• High level of knowledge on New Media targeting US Hispanics.
• Demonstrated experience navigating and driving influence at the highest executive levels.

Additional Job Requirements:
• Willingness to travel with short notice and on weekends.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environment.
• Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID_19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVD-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
