Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Travel PA is a Run of Show position supporting The Kelly Clarkson Show. This role will only be working 3 tape days per week. Schedule will be approximately 10 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor with the following:
• Help coordinate guests' on-site arrivals and exits from show tapings
• Help to communicate with show vehicles/drivers
• Handle administrative needs of the Travel Department
• Work with production teams in fulfilling travel needs of guests while in town
• Work directly with show guests
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Must have Valid Driver's license that authorizes applicant to perform all responsibilities of the job.
• Must be 18 years or greater
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States.
• Must be willing to work in Manhattan, NY.
Desired Characteristics:
• At least one year prior experience working on a talk show format program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ambitious and energetic applicants seeking a career in television production.
Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
