Job Description

The Streaming & Data team at NBCUniversal is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to contribute to our industry leading, customer-centric advertising services.

As a Streaming & Data Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our sales teams during post sales activities, from RFP responses and media planning, to managing delivery & pacing of campaigns as they activate.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as the primary technical programmatic liaison for agency and DSP partners, focusing on CTV campaigns to ensure client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the campaign post sale process, inclusive of strategy recommendation, proactive pacing &, optimization, upsells, troubleshooting and delivery of post-campaign performance reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or creative issues that arise, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across CTV platforms.
• Proactively use data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop strategic, tailored campaign recommendations and upsell opportunities for continued success.
• Work with cross-functional teams and surface feedback to drive platform & feature enhancements.
• Develop relationships with advertisers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in the CTV and programmatic space to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock opportunities across the NBCUniversal portfolio
• Proactively identify opportunities for advertisers to gain additional value from NBCUniversal's ads technologies
• Support RFI/RFP process to land new accounts across all buyer demand (managed & self-serve)
• Craft best practice recommendations.
• Work closely with Sales to identify strategies to grow existing accounts.
• Leverage deep understanding of companies' technology platform and partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence the development of new features based on client feedback and market demands

Qualifications
• 3-5 years' of programmatic experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

Desired Characteristics
• Experience with account relationship building, customer satisfaction and product implementation
• Media industry, media sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-starter; ability to work very independently, but also fit into a strong team environment
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Ability to effectively analyze data
• Excellent interpersonal and client relation skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
