We're building the most strategic, well-informed and engaged workforce in media. As talent attraction champions at NBCUniversal, the Talent Branding team tells the story of what it's like to work at one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. You'll join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team and report to the Director, Talent Branding. As the Talent Branding Coordinator, you'll be our point person, maintaining our day-to-day tasks in the employer branding and recruitment marketing space. You'll work across our highly collaborative team on innovative projects, supporting NBCU's global Talent Acquisition Team and NBCU's dynamic portfolio of brands.

Job Duties:
• Be an expert in our branding guidelines and bring creativity to everything you do. Whether it's adding the finishing touches to an internal PowerPoint or creating assets for external social campaigns – you'll apply the 'Here you can' spirit in new and innovative ways.
• You're our go-to contact for making updates to the internal and external careers websites and will pitch recommendations for content updates showcasing life across NBCU.
• Manage our intranet and internal SharePoint sites, including design and maintenance.
• You're in constant communication with our colleagues across NBCU helping to coordinate social campaigns and facilitate processes and approvals.
• You'll partner with our team of global Recruiters to create marketing materials such as newsletters and event-related materials like invites, signage and swag.
• Develop, own and organize a central database of content, including photo releases, still images & video assets.
• Work with TB team members and vendors to refresh our candidate touchpoints including job boards, design work and collection of employee stories.
• You'll be at the center of it all, keeping our TB team organized, facilitating audit sessions to ensure consistency across our platforms.

• Minimum 1 year of experience, inclusive of internships working in Recruiting, HR or related experience
• Fluent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office 365
• Experience with digital production and post-production tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail. You're skilled at managing your time, juggling multiple projects at once, and you love a to-do list. You're diligent when it comes to formatting, organizing down to the smallest detail, and meeting your deadlines.
• You have stellar communication skills, with professional savvy in communicating at all levels including exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
