Job Description

The Senior Local Digital Account Manager will work with the Digital and Linear Sales teams at NBC Owned Television Stations and Telemundo Stations Group. They will act as experience sales support for Account Executives and other key players to develop custom digital sales opportunities for advertisers, as well as, coordinate the execution of the successful fulfillment of digital campaigns and all associated revenue. They will also act as team support for the Local and National campaign management teams, focused on process and workflow.

Responsibilities
• Owner of key verticals and high-profile accounts
• Go-to person for daily questions around workflow and process
• Mentor other team members with client conversations and campaign optimizations
• Assist with process documentation and special projects
• Aid sales in the overall RFP and pricing and planning process
• Create template media plans for both custom and off the shelf marketing ideas
• Use Wide Orbit Traffic to book, bill, and invoice digital campaigns
• Work in Operative One to book and manage digital campaign products
• Manage live campaigns by monitoring pacing and delivery
• Develop strategic reallocation and optimizations for live campaigns
• Coordinate with AEs on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
• Work with the traffic/operations team to schedule, traffic and implement advertising programs
• Pull screenshots, provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to Sales Account Executives on all active campaigns
• Deliver superior customer service by making performance recommendations and optimizations
• Monitor first and/or third-party impression metrics to ensure full delivery

Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital sales support, preferably within operations organization
• Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, DFP)
• Understanding of digital billing and invoicing
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desired Characteristics
• Fluency in Excel, including building custom reports, managing/analyzing large sets of data, pivot tables, and x-lookups/v-lookups
