Job Description

NBCUniversal Global Advertising & Partnerships is seeking a Manager of Programmatic Partnerships to support the Programmatic Partnerships sales team, develop relationships and drive indirect and partner programmatic monetization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of programmatic technology and operations, and a proven track record of maximizing revenue streams through strategic partnerships. As the Manager of Programmatic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with programmatic partners, driving sales initiatives, and maximizing revenue opportunities across indirect channels.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Programmatic Partnership Relationship Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from programmatic partnerships, including DSPs, SSPs and RMNs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key programmatic partners, supporting sales in strategic discussions, QBRs and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the programmatic ecosystem.
• Indirect Programmatic Sales:
• Support Programmatic Partnerships sales team in the development and execution of indirect programmatic sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the programmatic advertising space.
• Identify new partnerships with demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and other programmatic demand sources
• Work closely with our Programmatic Planning, Strategy and Product teams to optimize programmatic yield and ensure effective inventory management across platforms.
• Revenue Optimization and Performance Management:
• Support Sales team by analyzing revenue performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and growth.
• Consult on pricing strategies and revenue models to maximize yield and drive revenue growth across indirect channels.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to programmatic partnership sales, providing regular updates to senior leadership including Powerpoint presentations and revenue modeling summaries.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in programmatic partnership management, account management, rev ops, or related roles within the media or entertainment industry.
• Superior analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into digestible presentations for senior sales leadership. Advanced Excel skills is a must.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, programmatic advertising landscape, and industry trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive revenue optimization strategies.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000, bonus eligible
