Responsibilities
The NBCU Ad Sales Strategy team is responsible for driving long-term growth opportunities for the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants, this dynamic team supports Ad Sales and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including sales optimization, go-to-market strategies, budgeting and planning analyses, and market insights. The Sr. Analyst will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales. We're looking for a dynamic person to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Formulate long-term, holistic vision for Ad Sales monetization strategies (''Future of Advertising'') using sophisticated knowledge and understanding of marketplace trends & intricacies
• Evaluate, recommend, and execute high-impact strategic projects across Ad Sales organization; perform financial modeling and primary and secondary research to analyze business development opportunities
• Communicate insights and recommendations to C-Suite stakeholders on monetization strategy, performance, and growth opportunities, using powerful storytelling both written (Powerpoint) and verbal
• Liaise with Product organization to provide key strategic inputs into the product roadmapping process and influence prioritization of resource investments
• Play an active role in the analysis and planning of the annual Upfront sales period; support the development of NBCU's portfolio sales go-to-market positioning
• Assist and support in providing regular updates to Strategy, Product, and Sales management teams on health of current product suite and areas for growth

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Must possess a passion for problem solving and relationship management, and strong intellectual curiosity
• 2+ years previous relevant work experience; this could include professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking) or Strategy (sales or product) experience at a large network/publisher/agency
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Excel power user)
• Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly
• Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently
• BA/BS required

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
