Job Description
Responsibilities
The Specialist, One Platform Creative Development will aid in developing and executing revenue-generating partnership solutions across all platforms for NBCUniversal's, TODAY.

Reporting to the Creative Development Manager, this position will play an active role in the creation, management and oversight of innovative, integrated marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as a TODAY brand expert for internal Ad Sales and Marketing partners; advertising clients/agencies
• Understand and evaluate client goals & direction, sales strategy, cultural/market trends, consumer insights, and the TODAY editorial voice to develop innovative marketing solutions for advertising partners
• Bring partnership ideas to life via creative and succinct proposals (ie PowerPoint, Word)
• Cultivate relationships, and facilitate efficient, transparent communication across cross-functional partners: show production, sales & planning, agency leads, content creative teams, agencies & clients.
• Lead post-sale execution including timelines, tracking, costs, communication amongst stakeholders, and recap materials.
• Assist with TODAY sales collateral; synthesize ideas from TODAY editorial to create aesthetically appealing slides/decks outlying the partnership opportunity and manage repository of materials
• Maintain up-to-date and organized team materials and processes, such as pitch and execution trackers, sales material repositories, meeting notes and agendas

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ professional experience, ideally with an agency, client or media company sales organization
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• Familiarity with Integrated Marketing and/or Ad Sales
• Strong knowledge of the talk media and/or news landscape
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging social, digital, and streaming platforms
• Knowledge and comfortability with all company-utilized software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Monday.com
