Job Description

Responsibilities
The Distribution & Partnerships Specialist, Multiplatform Content is responsible for supporting Telemundo's efforts to grow, expand, and effectively manage the distribution of our content across platforms, including SVOD/AVOD partners.

Responsibilities
• Support AVOD and SVOD content & programming strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including but not limited to Xumo, Pluto TV and YouTube
• Plan and coordinate the distribution of over 8,000 hours of high-quality content to key partners
• Communicate effectively and work closely with across departments to execute on plans and meet deadlines
• Help plan and execute Telemundo's audio content strategy, including maintaining strong relationships with audio partners like Spotify, Apple, and others
• Closely monitor content performance and programming strategy across platforms
• Create monthly and quarterly reports, presentations to help make strategic decisions and ensure KPIs
• Liaise with content ops, marketing, revenue strategy & innovation and other key teams to oversee and coordinate launches, promotional rollouts, etc.
• Create calendars and trackers to monitor different projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Work with legal, editorial, product to evaluate and ensure the use of providers, vendors, and tools (Camera IQ, ART19, Mindscape, etc.).
• Collaborate with external partners to develop and execute innovative partnerships
• Reports directly into the Manager, Digital Distribution and is responsible for completing any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/content distribution, internal strategy, corporate development or related field
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent experience in digital media, marketing, or TV production
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Must be able to communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization as well as external partners
• Maintains a current knowledge of the global media & entertainment industry, streaming, new market and industry trends

• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL
• Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news, and hurricane emergencies.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
