SportsEngine is looking for a talented and passionate Regional Sales Manager to provide vision, leadership and increased productivity to our sales team. Job Duties
• Build strong coaching relationships as a foundation for inspiring continuous growth and improvement from each of your 8-10 team members
• Partner with the hiring team to recruit, hire, onboard and lead a world-class sales team
• Consistently improve the sales system, increasing conversion rates and velocity through the sales funnel
• Responsible for forecasting, planning, and driving daily behaviors through a data-driven approach blended with a coaching mindset
• Provide subject matter expertise in negotiating and closing of new opportunities improving margin and discount targets
• Partner cross-departmentally to continuously improve the sales system
• Partner with the Director of Sales and HR in the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues; responsible for regular 1x1 meeting cadence, ongoing performance development, and performance reviews.
• Facilitate and promote an inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees
• Collaborate with sales leadership peers to continually improve leadership acumen
• Act as a role model and own the company mission and values

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience and a solid history of significant success
• Experience with sales engagements platforms
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM

Desired Qualifications
• 2+ years in a sales leadership/management role, highly desired
• An enthusiastic, hands-on, influential leader with exceptional communication skills
• Experience in a SaaS related business a plus
• Results-oriented with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task with consistent and timely follow-through 
• Experience conducting team assessments, measuring performance against pre-established goal metrics, and creating action plans for sales execution and team development
• Strong ability to coach, motivate and lead employees towards success
• Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively to promote employee growth
• Experience with Outreach, SalesLoft, InsideSales.com, a plus
• Proven experience creating a winning sales strategy and culture within a rapidly evolving market
• College degree preferred
