Responsibilities

The Global Controllership – BPE team is responsible for the rollout and the day-to-day management of our internal LEAN program. The BPE program provides training, coaching and guidance to the Global Controllership team on continuous improvement. Our scope spans four main locations; Amsterdam, London, New York and Los Angeles.

The BPE Program manager will be accountable for designing, executing and evaluating the BPE program, providing training, coaching and guidance to the Global controllership team, and facilitating and managing process improvement initiatives. This includes engaging with employees across all levels of the organization to identify and scope BPE-related improvement opportunities, conduct fact-based analyses and problem-solving, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact through cost, customer and employee experience improvement.

Responsibilities:
• BPE program review, design and execution
• Design, plan, organize, facilitate and follow-up on trainings, projects and events with the ability to switch back and forth between facilitative leader and driver as situations dictate
• Coaching of cross functional teams to ensure delivery of disciplined, data-driven, well-documented improvement initiatives
• Train and coach teams on KPI selection and design
• Conduct BPE program maturity scans
• Encourage, motivate & foster an environment for teams to be receptive to change
• Global tracking of strategic goals and projects
• Recognize and address improvement roadblocks for teams and organization
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications/requirements
• Bachelor's degree level o and at least 5 years experience in a program or project role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g. green belt, black belt, master black belt or other)
• Experience in change & project management, stakeholder management and influencing people without authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management and senior leadership
• Capacity to think strategically and innovatively

• Previous experience working with remote teams and international experience is a considerable plus.
