Job Description

The Operations Coordinator will report to the Director, Traffic & Program Operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Sales order entry of Local and National orders as well as Paid Programming; this includes generating and sending pre/post logs to clients
• Work with Corporate Finance Services (CFS) to create new agency & new advertiser billing codes
• Research billing discrepancies
• Produce the daily broadcast schedule/log, including promotional spot placement & program timing adjustments
• Daily As-Run log reconciliation for billing & FCC purposes
• Apply commercial copy/materials ID to log(s) and coordinate creative revisions with clients & sales
• Apply secondary events to traffic logs
• Generate daily missing material instruction report for 2-3 days out and reach out to clients for missing instructions
• Match up agency instructions and revisions with the sales contracts
• Build program formats and maintain program schedules in the program & traffic systems
• Will have responsibilities for multiple channels
• Will provide coverage for team members

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years+ Traffic experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Superior organizational skills – must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Administrative and communications skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail

Desired Characteristics
• Work overtime with short notice
• Knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic and/or WideOrbit Network System preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
