Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinate guests' on-site arrivals and departures during show tapings
• Communicate with show vehicles and drivers to keep schedules on track
• Work with producing teams to support guest needs while in-studio
• Ensure dressing rooms are prepared prior to guest arrivals and assist with quick room changes and flips between guests
• Assist with general production office upkeep, organization and administrative tasks
• Monitor and maintain office inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and available
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of television production experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York City, New York
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics:
• Previous work experience on talk shows or other daytime television
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Flexible, personable, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
Additional Requirements:
• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
• This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. • Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
• The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours.
