Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be as passionate about reality TV as they are about marketing, combined with a thirst to work in a digital, data driven business. They will need to be capable of thinking strategically whilst rolling up their sleeves to get the job done, developing and creating tactical campaigns, and managing multiple stakeholders, agencies and partners. The Hayu environment is incredibly fast paced and hands on, but also highly rewarding. As such, this role would suit a savvy self-starter, who is looking to step up their marketing career into a manager role.

Key Responsibilities :
• Work with the Marketing Director APAC in the creation of territory strategies, to build effective marketing plans that drive awareness and subscription objectives
• Plan and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns end-to-end, working collaboratively with both local and international internal stakeholders (ie Creative, Social, Digital, Finance, Commercial, Product, Content and Legal), and third parties (agencies, partners).
• Build and maintain key relationships with commercial and brand partners to drive SOV
• Manage local BTL agencies, ensuring best in class PR, events and activations
• Act as brand champion for Hayu, working with Marketing Director APAC to continuously evaluate and refine the brand proposition alongside ensuring creative alignment and tone of voice across all touch points
• Co-manage territory budgets including day to day financial management of POs and invoicing
• Ensure local compliance for all marketing activity in territory
• Leverage available data and insights from the insight and analytics teams to develop activity that is targeted and delivers results
• Build close collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders

Qualifications
• Proven track record of defining marketing strategies and translating to tactical plans
• Experience working in a digital subscription model business, ideally with a deep understanding of female consumers
• Able to demonstrate 360 integrated campaign success, including a strong understanding of PR and BTL activation
• Knowledge of the Australian media landscape, with experience planning ATL/Digital media.
• Experience in account managing partnerships or affiliates
• Strong financial acumen in order to manage budgets, analyze efficiency of marketing initiatives and support the overall corporate financial objectives
• A proactive go-getter with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working remotely across multiple territories
• Eye for detail and flare for creative
• Strong communicator that is able to influence whilst facilitates dialogue
• Experienced in managing creative campaigns through to delivery
• 5+ years experience in a B2C role
• Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing experience
• Highly desirable:
• Media or content experience
• Experience working in a global organization across different timezones and cultures
• Enjoyment and strong knowledge of reality TV
• Experience of working on brands with a female consumer
• Eligible to work in Australia
• Able to work flexible hours across several time zones (including but not limited to UK, Canada & SEA)
• Must be internationally mobile
• Fluent written and spoken English

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000 + super + bonus + benefits
