Job Description
Responsibilities
• Servicing key affiliates providing; Daily & monthly programming highlights, Delivering EPGs, VOD imagery and meet metadata requirements, Cross Promotional needs and versioning of content into different languages
• Social media content creation, management, and reporting, including scheduling and setting up ad campaigns, content creation and copywriting for localised posts, conceptualisation and project management of giveaways, influencer and community management
• Assist with social media ad spend and campaigns, including post-reports
• Event support including but not limited to new channel launches, affiliate or client trade events, consumer activations, as well as management of merchandise inventory and oversee shipping logistics
• Assist with campaign implementation and reporting, including coordinating assets, operations and post-reporting i.e. Contests/Brand in partnership with Advertisers and Affiliates
• Own and execute internal Symphony campaigns from creative ideation to implementation and reporting
• Assist in finance tracking from budget reconciliation to PO raising and invoicing
• Administer and champion relevant marketing team processes to ensure adherence and milestones are hit
• Proactively pursue opportunities that will lead to the achievement of the APAC marketing team objectives and growth
• Assist with new business presentation development
• Work with commercial team to deliver key trade activity including events, talent liaison and on ground activations

Qualifications
• 3-4 years' experience in marketing or agency role
• Experience in running paid media campaigns and exposure to wide range of media channels including digital, social, OOH and radio
• Strong skills in social media content creation and scheduling as well as analysis and reporting for social platforms including Meta & Tik Tok.
• Event management experience including managing multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with budget management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
• Immaculate communication skills
• Keen interest in television and reality and lifestyle content
• Adept in Microsoft Office suite, Canva and Photoshop
