Responsibilities

The Network Partnerships Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the pre-sale and post-sale functions within the USA, SYFY, and CNBC Prime NP team including ideation, development of sales materials and custom proposals, project management and execution of cross-platform client partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to team ideation sessions and brainstorming sessions for the purposes of developing client sponsorship ideas
• Assist in the development of client PowerPoint presentations/pitches with guidance from
Sr. Manager/Sr. Director
• Create and distribute on-air forms and campaign briefs, and assist in daily communication with internal and external parties, including Sales, Production, Consumer Marketing, Traffic, Programming
• Maintain and distribute internal tracking documents for linear/digital/social sponsorships, and tackle administrative responsibilities as needed
• Prioritize and track opportunities; manage partnership timelines, workflow and report team progress to Sr. Manager/Sr. Director/VP
• Aid in maintenance of tracking account financials by processing & coding all incoming invoices and recording into budget log
• May be called to attend shoots to manage client and agency attendees as needed/warranted by marketing partnership deliverables
• Create client wrap-up presentations that include research/partnership delivery
• Support VPs on ad hoc projects, including presentation creation and reporting

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience at an agency, media company or sales organization where responsible for marketing partnership development, presentation and execution

• Time-management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with clear attention to detail within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
