Job Description
Responsibilities
The Multiplatform Planning Manager will support the overall media planning strategies and help generate brand awareness by ensuring that all priorities for marketing and programming are being efficiently promoted on-air, on demand and other platforms for E! Entertainment, Oxygen, SYFY and Bravo. The role will utilize and interpret data to inform strategy and planning while harnessing the power of the NBCU Cable portfolio to maximize viewership. They must be skilled in organizing and planning with the ability to hit hard deadlines, troubleshoot and pivot at a moment's notice.

Responsibilities
• Execute promotional strategy by planning and scheduling promo campaigns to maximize reach and frequency
• Plan out network's GRP promotional load weekly, monthly, quarterly using analytical tools & Promo Optimizer
• Utilize and interpret data to inform strategy and launch campaigns at effective levels amongst targeted audiences
• Oversee department coordinators by reviewing daily logs to ensure proper scheduling strategies & commitments are met
• Plan and schedule according to marketing priorities, understand premiere plans, rollout and stunt strategies
• Outlining campaign deliverables and commissioning promo content, relaying Multiplatform strategy and communicating closely with Production/Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Supervising promo campaign creation in Sintec and Promo Optimizer systems: promo codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, and revisions, ensuring most up to date and accurate data maintained/swapped as needed
• Collaboration across multiple teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment, track schedule changes, creative revisions, etc., and update all respective documents and teams as needed
• Communicate closely with counterparts across the Multiplatform Planning team, relaying promo priorities and scheduling nuances including cross channel/symphony priorities – i.e Peacock, Entertainment, and Sports campaigns
• Compiling & reconciling on-air schedules for post campaign analysis; pull post-log reports
• Troubleshooting and problem solving, working with all teams to investigate and resolve format discrepancies, missing promos/tags for scheduling needs
• Co-manage department's Pages and interns
• Facilitate promo changes with Master Control during off hours as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, research, film, television or related field
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
• Comfort with media metrics (Nielsen, AMRLD data) for planning
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills & communication skills
• Excellent quality control abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Ability to work in multiple timelines concurrently
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions to timely issues
• Self-starter, proactive, resourceful
