Position Overview

The CRM Marketing Strategy Specialist will support Customer Relationship Marketing campaigns for Telemundo. This entails campaign development and hands-on execution of Spanish-language CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages), closely partnering with Campaign Operations and Marketing Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, accountable, detail oriented, articulate, and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will be data-driven with a growth mindset & natural curiosity and will be comfortable in an A/B testing environment. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful.

Responsibilities
• Own and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, including setting up test plans and tracking, project managing creative, routing campaigns for approval, and reviewing performance. This will include some real-time optimization of campaigns in market.
• QA proofs, troubleshoot, and problem solve.
• Analyze marketing campaign results and make optimization recommendations.
• Create and maintain marketing campaign calendar, including relevant testing roadmaps.
• Build a strong narrative that gets to the core ''so what'' of the story by effectively summarizing actionable learnings & insights for monthly scorecard deck that is shared with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in email and mobile marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in performance marketing, direct response marketing, or growth marketing, preferably for a large consumer facing brand.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write and/or speak Spanish.

Desired Qualifications:
• Advertising or digital marketing experience. Agency and/or entertainment experience a plus.
• Interest in the entertainment industry, especially Spanish-language entertainment
• Organized with an acute attention to detail and focus on executional excellence.
• Able to simultaneously handle multiple projects and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Flexible, adaptable to change, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Data-driven thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies and make decisions.
• Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, resourceful, and possesses good follow-through.
• Ability to interface with colleagues from various disciplines including brand marketing partners, campaign operations, marketing operations, MarTech, and Decision Sciences. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and project management skills required.
• Experience with project management tools like AirTable or Smartsheet.
• Experience with data reporting tools like Tableau, Domo or Amplitude.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Iterable or Braze a plus.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
