Responsibilities
The Content Manager, Entertainment Live Events plays an essential role supporting all aspects of the live event experience on-air and across digital and social platforms (People's Choice Awards, NYFW, Live From E! Red Carpet, Billboard Music Awards, New Year's Eve, and more). This individual is bursting with creativity, passionate about pop culture, and on top of social media trends. They will use their knowledge to ideate, create, develop and execute live events content across the portfolio of NBCU networks and platforms (NBC, Peacock, E!, Bravo, Universal Pictures and more). They will, serve as project lead for key initiatives and manage the day-to-day operations of the department with a strategic focus on social media content creation and development.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following for all Live Events:
-Create and bring to life innovative, multi-platform concepts and franchises across NBCU brands
- Assist in the development of the strategy and content plans for new live event programs and optimization of existing programs
-Understand the brand, mission and objectives for each event and ensure consistency of audience experience for all content channels
-Liaise and collaborate with colleagues in development, production, talent, programming, editorial, social, creative marketing, sales, as well as with external partners
-Brief and lead the management of external social agencies
-Participate in the ideation, creation and publishing of social content on all platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other emerging platforms
-Develop editorial calendar and posting strategy, review and optimize 360 content plans to best align with trends in pop culture and social media
-Lead and evolve live events influencer partnerships and relationship management
-Seek out new and different approaches and ideas to bring freshness to each event. Ensure that recommended ideas are within strategy
-Develop presentations and materials for executive management meetings and internal communications
-Continually monitor consumer, competitive and pop cultural trends and manage the weekly tracking of trending talent and cultural moments

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years professional experience working in dynamic multimedia environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Willingness to work in Los Angeles, CA
• Must be willing to travel and work some weekends for Live Events
