Job Description

The Manager, Finance & Operations will be have oversight of all financial operation processes and workflows within the International Networks & DTC LATAM Finance organization, such as Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report. This will include working alongside inhouse teams to centralized corporate workflows delivered via offshore service providers. This role will also have oversight of all financial sub systems (Allocadia, Landmark, Mydas, Medea etc.) and support all Finance Transformation & Special Projects to help drive efficiencies across the International Networks & DTC LATAM group supporting both the FP&A and Accounting teams – i.e., design & implementation of DTC processes, delivery of continued Finance Innovation & process improvement plan.

Reporting directly to the Director, Finance & Operations this position will have a key role in the operationalizing and execution of all Finance policies and procedures supporting key strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Business Transformation and Project Management:
• Drive the successful implementation and pivot to DTC launch in Latin America by supporting the execution of all finance-related aspects of the project.
• Support internal stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and systems to support the new platform's operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Finance Operations Systems Improvement & Transformation Analysis:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects that drive transformation and efficiencies in our Finance Operations and systems.
• Conduct, where applicable, financial analysis, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and ROI assessments, to support decision-making and ensure financial goals are met.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
• Establish and optimize finance-related operational processes and procedures to streamline workflow, increase efficiency, and support the company's growth objectives.
• Collaborate with centralized Global Finance Operations team and Corporate functions i.e. Treasury, tax to ensure specific business requirements are met and appropriate service levels are maintained.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Ownership and development of billing and collections processes across affiliates and DTC, including supporting the accounting team with month end journal entries.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• CPA or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant post CPA experience in finance and accounting or finance transformation roles
• Experience with direct-to-consumer platforms or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations; experience with Latin American financial regulations is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP applications (SAP ECC), Multidimensional Reporting (SAP BPC, BW/BI)
• Demonstrated experience in Finance transformation and process improvement.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
• Language: Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders as well as collaborate, motivate, and create relationships with others.

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
