Job Purpose

As a Digital Sponsorship Planning Manager, you will act as the lead on strategy and monetization of the NBCUniversal News digital properties (CNBC, TODAY, NBC News & MSNBC), and potentially other content verticals as well. The role of Sponsorship Planning Manager will be to lead the team by focusing on creating compelling proposals to drive revenue to the organization, while ensuring all existing campaigns are properly managed.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Work directly with Planners, assisting them with: Plan building, Rate approvals, and Campaign execution.
• Proactively build shell media plans and update training materials to ensure planners have the most up to date resources to build successful proposals.
• Partner with NBCUniversal News networks internal counterparts across marketing and editorial to ensure success of all campaigns.
• Analyze areas within the News Sponsorship campaign cycle that can be improved, create process enhancements that eliminate any bottlenecks or barriers to entry.
• Work with Ad Ops, Inventory and Editorial teams to improve the delivery of Ad campaigns. Assess risk and come up with creative solutions to ensure that all Ad campaigns deliver in full.
• Work closely with Planning management to tactically drive company-wide goals and initiatives.
• Handle any and all ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of online experience in digital media planning
• Fluent in media math

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Beverly Hills, CA
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
