Job Description

Responsibilities
• Candidate will serve as the key partner to the Ad Sales and Ad Sales strategy teams, ensuring that we have the proper analyses in order to track and improve our revenues, optimize pricing and inventory, and identifying new opportunities across our portfolio of linear and digital assets in Latin America
• Lead the development and maintenance of tools for analyzing pricing, inventory, and revenue across all our platforms
• Control the tracking of sales and KPI's for Latin America
• In charge of developing financial models for determining Ad Sales forecasts for all Latin America, especially during Budget and LRP processes
• Manage all business cases pertaining to an Ad Sales initiative
• Act as internal liaison between Ad Sales and Corporate
• Leverage the power of data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Micro Strategy, etc.) for reporting purposes
• Help in the centralization of all information with regards to pricing for all Latin America
• Support the Ad Strategy team in developing and updating the models for determining pricing and prioritization of clients
• Work closely with the Insights and Ad Strategy teams to help identify pricing and sales opportunities
• Continuously monitor inventory use and pricing per property
• Ensure there is no cannibalization of clients among offices
• Contribute data driven insights that are instrumental for reaching Ad Sales revenue goals
• Proactively promote market intelligence within the company
• Keep up to date with macroeconomic data, industry changes, case studies and regulatory impacts through internal and external networks

Qualifications/Requirements
• Possess advanced analytical acumen, particularly as it pertains to revenue management, pricing analysis, media metrics, and analytics tools
• A college degree with a focus in Finance, Business, MIS, Economics, and/or Mathematics preferred
• 5+ years of working experience in related field
• Hands-on media experience, TV and/or Media agency
• Managerial experience preferred
• Experience working with Latin America preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros), and PowerPoint
• Intermediate knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau (must be able to develop his/her own dashboards, but does not need to know how to code)
• Experience working with financial models
• SQL, R, Python knowledge is a plus but not required
• Broadcast & Digital traffic system knowledge (must know how to pull reports from them)
• Advanced understanding of media metrics is a must
• Digital Media knowledge is a must
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus but not required
• Knowledge and understanding of the television and advertising industries relevant to broadcast, cable and new media
