Responsibilities
The Position

The Manager of Ad Impact Innovation at NBCU will be a key member of the NBCU Ad Sales Insights and Measurement team. S/he will work closely with Vice President of Ad Impact and Innovation who drives the strategic vision and measurement agenda to enable effective cross platform planning and campaign measurement proving the efficacy of media spend across the NBCU portfolio. The position will serve as a client service representative, working closely with sales, IT and the analytics team, and manage all internal & external deliverables and timelines. S/he will work across cross functional teams to identify and build measurement and advertising effectiveness solutions that drive business growth for NBCU and its vast array of clients across the portfolio.

Responsibilities Manager of Ad Impact Innovation include, but are not limited to:
• Work closely with the sales teams and manage all internal & external deliverables and timeline for clients
• Manage the day-to-day work activities for the development and execution of analytics and measurement initiatives
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams
• Focus on translating data and modeling into actionable insights
• Promote a culture of collaboration, problem solving and teamwork
• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues
• Develop and maintains accurate timelines with clearly defined milestones and tasks
• Work closely with the IT team to create and manage project workflow utilizing appropriate tools
• Monitor the status of requests to ensure they are within agreed upon scope/time/budget

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in a Quantitative field, such as Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Marketing etc.
• 3+ years prior industry experience. Experience in Marketing Analytics consulting is preferrable
• Strong experience in managing client deliverable and project management is a must
• Experience working with analytics teams, experience in working with large datasets, synthesize findings, develop insights
• Expertise in one or model programming language such as SQL, R, Python
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and an expert in Microsoft Excel (formatting, creating charts/graphs, pivot tables and formulas)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
