Integrated Marketing Manager (Part Time)

Responsibilities

The Integrated Sales Marketing Manager, will be both client and intercompany facing and is responsible for the hands on development and execution of multi-market integrated sales marketing solutions for Telemundo 20 San Diego utilizing all platforms (TV, Digital, Mobile, Social, etc,) and properties (Local News, Prime, Sports, etc) to drive new & incremental revenue for the station. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competence in a variety of skills as outlined below, and will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop innovative marketing campaigns for a variety of clients, leveraging the platforms and properties of Telemundo 20, to drive incremental revenue
• Oversee the sales production process, working closely with multiple departments including: creative service, news, sales management & Account Executives
• Supervise seamless execution of on-air, digital, social media & on-site elements to secure renewals
• Facilitate communication with news, creative services, community and digital departments, as well as Telemundo legal and corporate digital teams, to create and implement cutting-edge marketing plans
• Proactively identify new opportunities and supply account executives with comprehensive sales materials using MS Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Assist with strategic campaigns and research as requested by the VP of Sales
• Partner with account executives and sales management to consult clients and agencies on station capabilities and customized marketing solutions based on the advertiser's needs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while continually delivering superior work
• Improve client engagement by coordinating and facilitating client events
• Maintain internal & external communication platforms including department share drive, SRDS and NBC OTS portal
• Direct the training, performance and management of interns
• Manage post-buy fulfillment of multi-platform deals.
• Compile and summarize campaign posts for client

Qualifications/Requirements
Must be bilingual, able to speak and write in Spanish/English
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
Must have advanced skills in PowerPoint and proficient in Word and Excel
At least 3 years marketing or agency experience
Minimum 3 years working in the television or entertainment space
