Job Description
The KARAMO show is seeking a HOST/EP ASSISTANT. The Host/EP Assistant reports to the Line Producer. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of 6 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate busy calendar for Host, EP, Co-EP, and Supervising Producer
• Liaison between EP and Co-EP and production team; sets all show related team meetings
• Manage show boards, binders, host cards, and all show related info assuring they are current and correct
• Assist in various day of show needs during studio tapings for both host and EPs
• Arrange ground transportation, flights, hotels and any other travel needs for host as needed
• Coordinate with host and wardrobe department
• Day-to-day personal and administrative responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of production experience or administrative experience in a TV setting preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Self-Starter who proactively seeks out tasks and opportunities for growth
